1. Booking and Appointments
All bookings made through Nicko Nails are subject to these terms and conditions.
Bookings are automatically confirmed once made, however we reserve the right to decline any booking that doesn't fit our policy.
A booking fee is required at the time of booking and must be paid by card before your appointment.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. We allow a 15-minute grace period, after which your appointment will be cancelled and your booking fee will not be refunded.
2. Cancellations and Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before your scheduled time.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in loss of your booking fee.
All booking fees are non-refundable, regardless of when you cancel.
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible.
3. Payment Terms
Payment must be made by card at the time of booking.
The booking fee secures your appointment slot and is non-refundable.
Additional charges may apply for extra services requested during your appointment.
4. Health and Safety
For the safety of all clients, we cannot provide services to anyone with visible foot or nail fungus infections.
If you arrive with a fungal infection, your appointment will be cancelled to prevent spreading to other clients, and your booking fee will not be refunded.
Please inform us of any health conditions or allergies before your appointment.
Some services require a consultation form to be completed before your appointment.
5. Client Responsibilities
Please arrive clean and ready for your appointment.
Follow any pre-appointment instructions provided when booking.
Treat our space and equipment with respect.
Notify us immediately if you need to cancel or reschedule.
6. Service Standards
We strive to provide high-quality nail services to all clients.
Service times are approximate and may vary depending on the treatment.
Results may vary based on individual circumstances and aftercare.
All booking fees are non-refundable once services have been completed.
7. Data Protection
Your personal information is collected solely for booking purposes.
We will not share your data with third parties without your consent.
You have the right to request access to or deletion of your personal data.
